Refund policy

We provide Fresh,  homemade Products. 

Therefore, food items cannot be returned once delivered. 

You are eligible for a refund only if : 

. The product arrives damaged  . Wrong item is delivered  . The package is open, leaking, or spoiled. 

 

Refund Process: 

. Send us photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery .  . We will review it within 1-2working days  . Refund will be processed within 2-4  business days 

Fresh food items are not eligible for return once delivered.
